Top 5 Hong Kong Pools

With summer kicking into high gear, Hong Kong can get pretty hot and humid. Instead of cranking up the AC and sweating it out in a stuffy air-conditioned room, why not take a dip in one of the city’s best pools? Whether you’re a swimmer looking to stay active or just enjoy some peace and quiet, here are the top five places to cool down in style.

This pool, located in a cliffside building on the 29th floor of Hotel Indigo, is a glass-bottomed swimming pool that’s directly above the streets of Hong Kong! Definitely a unique experience that’ll give you some Instagram-worthy shots. And if you’re feeling adventurous, you can even climb up to the roof and look down on the city streets below!

Located in Wong Chuk Hang, this sprawling complex is home to an assortment of different pools and activities. There’s a main pool, a teaching pool, a leisure pool and even a pool specifically for toddlers – so there’s something for everyone here! The facility also has two water slides, which are great for older kids and teenagers. And if you’re not feeling like getting wet, there are also plenty of other ways to stay cool at the Pao Yue Kong Swimming Complex, such as lounging by the pool deck and sipping drinks at the bar!

The Asaya Pool at the Rosewood is a must-visit for those who are looking to enjoy a relaxing swim with a view. The 25 meter-long infinity pool gives patrons a one-of-a-kind perspective of Victoria Harbour as they take a dip. After you’re done doing laps or hanging out by the pool, head over to the open-air Pool Terrace for a drink and some snacks.

Whether you’re in the mood for a dip in the indoor or outdoor pool, this is a must-visit spot in Hong Kong. With its beautiful landscaping, you’ll be able to enjoy the natural scenery as well as a swim in the pool or sit back on the loungers and take in the stunning views. This is the perfect place to relax and unwind, especially after a long day of shopping at Causeway Bay or exploring the quaint streets of Sham Shui Po!
